Preparation

We just finished participating in a 2-day first aid course with St Johns Ambulance team. Excellent. Learnt loads. Am now a qualified first aider - that is a scary thought with lots of responsibility.

I have to ask the question why is the new emergency number not advertised? To ring your local police/fire or ambulance the number is no: 112. 999 still works but it is not as efficient and it does not work all over Europe like 112.
